1. Manufacturing Policy: "No Metal, No Work"

At Gold Soul, we pride ourselves on precision and efficiency. To maintain our production schedule and offer the most competitive making charges, all manufacturing is initiated only upon the receipt of physical metal or the equivalent value. We do not commence work on credit or unsecured orders.

2. Payment & Metal Advancements

• Initial Requirement: All B2B and custom orders require Metal and RTGS payments in advance to lock in the gold rate and initiate the crafting process.

• Wastage Control: We employ advanced manufacturing techniques to minimize wastage. Any agreed-upon wastage charges will be calculated transparently based on the final weight of the finished product.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• Balance Clearance: Any outstanding balance (making charges, taxes, or weight adjustments) must be cleared in full at the time of delivery.

• Release of Goods: Goods will only be released once the final payment has been verified.

• Turnaround Time: While we strive for prompt delivery, lead times are estimates based on order volume and design complexity.

4. Purity & Hallmarking

Every bangle manufactured by Gold Soul since 1987 carries our guarantee of purity. All items are submitted for authorized hallmarking to ensure they meet the legal and professional standards of the gold industry.

5. Market Volatility

Due to the fluctuating nature of gold prices, quotes for making charges and labor are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified in a formal Proforma Invoice.
